A full refund is offered if, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase
Before returning to us please advise us of the issue by email, including your order number, name, date of order and reason for the return.
The goods must be intact and resaleable. Returns must be made within 14 days from the day you receive your order in order to qualify for a refund including original postage charges.
The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
A full refund including initial delivery charges will be refunded when the request to return is made within 14 days of receiving the order. This does not apply to personalised or made-to-order products which will only be refunded if faulty.
We strongly recommend that you use registered post because we cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged items. A refund for the amount, including initial shipping charges (within UK only), will be made within 14 days according to whichever method of payment was originally used. Refunds are made in £ GBP, if you ordered from abroad please check your card/bank's exchange rate. If you wish to return an item because it is faulty, please contact us first. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
We do not offer refunds on made-to-order or personalised goods unless faulty or otherwise agreed.
Item can be returned up to 28 days after receipt of order, but if returned after 14 days the original postage charges will not be refunded.
