Week 14: My Favourite Finds September 07, 2015 21:21

Oops... it's been 2 months since my last Favourite Find post, let's call it a summer hiatus.

I spotted these Alphabet Candles in Marks & Spencer last week and had to snap up an A.  The packaging is lovely and the candle has a gorgeous grapefruit and ginger scent, even better they're only £6.00.  Snap up a few as early Christmas gifts.

Oh my, oh my... I NEED this lovely bedding, it looks fine and the price tag is very reasonable BUT it's in France and they don't appear to ship to the UK - sob! If anyone's visiting France anytime soon do let me know...

You know I love everything by Ingela P Arrenhius, and so I'm excited to see these new enamel flower pots, you get both pots in one box.  I found these on a Swedish site, but I'm sure they'll be available in the UK soon.

This tunic from Boden featuring a Mark Hearld design is too nice to be just for kids, but unfortunately they don't do grown up sizes... shame, however it will be lovely for Little Miss this Autumn.

Rachel Powell is another super talented design whose work I really like.  These birch ply trays are new for 2015 and simply lovely.  Check out her wallpaper too - I want ALL of them!

Week 11: My favourite finds June 08, 2015 19:42

Bibu Flamingo Print
I've been a fan of Bibu's cushions for a long time and was excited to see that they've now released a range of wall prints.  I'm finding it tricky to decide which is my favourite, it's a close call between the Flamingo and the Penguin.  See the full range here.
Orla Kiely tray
Yes, I know it's more Orla, but I can't help it I'm a big fan!  This time it's her gorgeous owl design on a tray, available from John Lewis.
I came across these china giraffe vases on Not On The High Street and there's something I like about them, I think they'd look just as good without flowers in which is a bonus because who has flowers ALL of the time?
Finally this week...
This isn't a 'buy' as such but refers to an article I read at Brit and Co about the new trend for painting furniture with a high gloss finish, it's  a refreshing departure from chalk painting which has been absolutely done to death! It seems everyone I know has suddenly gone mad painting anything they can with a chalk finish.... I'm not overly keen on painting furniture, but I love these chairs!
